Marcie Hoecker joined the Florida Poly team in 2021 as an assistant librarian. She has a background in secondary education as a ninth and tenth grade English and reading teacher, where she specialized in working with students with disabilities. Prior to her career in education, Hoecker worked in the culinary field as a pastry cook and private chef in Alaska and Italy.
